Shock Collars
I am not certain who came up with the theory that a pet should have a collar with lighbulbs that illuminate like a Christmas tree around your dogs neck. I understand the lighted dog collar started as a safety measure, but outside in the dark of night, especially on a dog that is black, a lighted dog collar has the potential to be an extremely entertaining scene.
